I was invited as the keynote speaker at the Closing Lecture of the International Relations Week of the Universidade do Sagrado Coração. I presented on my PhD research, examining Brazil and the Zone of Peace and Cooperation of the South Atlantic as well as current Brazilian foreign and defence policy.
